Strictly Ballroom Private Venue Rentals include:

     * Private access to the ballroom on the day of your event with plenty of time to set-up and enjoy your party with your guests.

     *  Freedom to choose your own vendors and caterers - or show off your DIY skills and bring in your own food and personally crafted decorations.

     * Full, wet bar - bring your own alcohol and drinks.

     * Display and dining tables with seating for up to 100 guests.

     * Two junior ballrooms to customize as you please for your event (perfect for a bride's room, gift room, photo booths, buffet space - whatever you wish).

     * Dimmer lights for the ambiance of your choice.

     * DJ Booth

     * Welcome reception area

     * On-site security for the duration of your event

     * Free on-site parking

     * Clean-up service after your event

Rental Prices:

     * $500 non-refundable deposit

     *  1 - 50 guests = $1,000

     *  51 - 100 guests = $1,500

Cost is adjustable depending on how long the event will be and what type of event.  Please contact us and come by to negotiate the price that is best for your event.
